Vice President of Corporate Sales
The Vice President of Corporate Sales is expected to be a key member of the enterprise’s new business efforts across Central Florida.
Position Overview:
This position will have responsibility and oversight of the selling and activation of all team partnerships. This position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and provide strategic direction for day-to-day department operations and overall corporate sales function (including personal selling of sponsorships).
- Define and manage all stadium and team assets.
- Generate sales & partnership marketing of all sponsorship inventory (e.g., team, arena, etc.).
- Implement organized systems, process, and measurements to effectively and efficiently manage department. Responsible for department budget, including revenue and expense forecasts.
- Development and distribution of sponsorship proposals and materials.
- Hire department staff and help to facilitate ownership’s goal of creating a first-class environment for a professional soccer team.
- Maintain communicative and collaborative working relationships with other internal departments.
- Act as Club ambassador within the business community.
- Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Club.
- Meet or exceed annual revenue goals for the Club’s corporate partnership department.
Essential Skills, Experience & Abilities:
- Strong sales and sales management background with proven track record of success in professional team sports, large sports-related media companies, major sports/entertainment events and/or other related industries.
- A proven strategic thinker who will embrace the sales process in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Team player with the ability to relate professionally to all levels of staff, management and clientele.
- Relationship builder, with a focus on long-term partnerships.

Director of Ticket Sales
Position Overview
The Orlando SeaWolves are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and creative Sales Executive with strong relationship building skills. Selected candidate will be responsible for the development of ticket sales to lead our Ticket Sales and Service Department.
The Director of Ticket Sales plays a senior role within the department and collaborates with the team to meet sales goals by leading, training, coaching and developing the account executives. The Director of Ticket Sale is responsible for the overall strategy, revenue growth, development and execution of season tickets, group sales, partial plans and individual game ticket sales. The Director of Ticket Sales’ tasks include creating, executing and exceeding department goals for ticket sales, group sales and season ticket renewals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maximize revenue for team through season tickets, group sales, mini-plans and initiatives
- Lead, develop, motivate, train and provide direction on a daily basis
- Identify potential, create new streams of ticket revenue and strategically cultivate relationships to secure sales
- Exhibit a solution-based approach that maximizes the value proposition and create compelling, innovative ticket programs and assets targeted toward specific marketing objectives
- Ability to establish and manage sales targets, revenue goals across a diverse number of products
- Create weekly sales reports and updates on sales team and sales goals
- Develop sales plans (e.g., structure of ticket packages, pricing, and flexibility), and tailor to market’s needs
- Assist in developing long-term renewal strategy for all season ticket holders
- Work to achieve and meet individual and team goals established at start of each fiscal year
- Lead, develop, motivate and train all account executives
- Practice and teach excellence in both sales skills/process and customer relationship building practices
- Lead and fully execute key initiatives that support organization’s sales strategy
- Assist account executives in creating and nurturing relationship with clients and prospects through various means including; networking events, prospecting at games, in-seat visit at games, etc.
- Provide timely and accurate records of sales efforts both to leadership and within CRM system detailing sales activity, sales performance, appointment recaps, prospecting activities and attendance records
- Work with Silver Spurs Arena Box Office Manager in various Ticketmaster functions (e.g., ticket operations functions, Ticketmaster’s Archtics, reporting)
- Perform independent projects and other duties as assigned by the team President
Required Skills, Abilities, Experiences
- To perform the job successfully, you will have or demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years in the field of ticket sales in sales and service efforts; experience with professional, minor league or college team is preferred
- Proficient in CRM and ticketing software (Ticketmaster), experience in Archtics is preferred
- Exceptional people skills; participate well in a team environment, communicate well with people at various levels and be able to develop strong working relationships with community, co-workers and other organizations
- Self-motivated teammate who has the drive and ability to focus on both team and individual revenue goals, as well as, department and organizational objectives
- Ability to align and prioritize organizational goals over individual interests
- Well organized and have strong time management skills along with customer service skills
- An endlessly positive attitude, enthusiastic mindset and self-starter mentality
- Flexibility to adapt to a frequently changing work environment, and deliver on challenging demands
- Delivers work by or ahead of deadline and thrives within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and all home games
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required

Group Sales Account Executive
The Groups Sales Account Executive is responsible for creating, prospecting, and selling group ticket packages for the Orlando SeaWolves. Specific focus will be placed on establishing relationships with Central Florida businesses, schools, membership organizations, and clubs that result in annual programming. Group Account Executives will generate group sales through prospected leads as well as internal campaigns assigned within the Orlando SeaWolves organization database. This role will oversee specific categories (i.e. Youth Sports, School Groups, etc.) as well as leverage various Fan Experience Packages to surpass sales goals. Qualified candidates will have at least 1-year experience in ticket sales with a track record of exceeding goals. Group Account Executives will have the flexibility to sell a full menu of ticket products including season, suite, and partial ticket packages.
Essential Functions:
- Generate top line revenue through a consultative approach, focusing on creating experiences and memories through group tickets for the Orlando SeaWolves.
- Build new relationships through cold calling, networking, social media, appointments and arena tours.
- Set and conduct 7+ face to face appointments/ in arena tours per week to assist in closing new business
- Actively self-prospect and research new sales leads and potential clients through various platforms
- Cultivate professional relationships with current and potential clients to build strong sales pipeline.
- Responsible for servicing and cross-selling existing group ticket clients.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for all ticket products (season tickets, partial plans, group tickets and premium seating).
- Involvement in game day activities, promotions for Orlando SeaWolves and outside functions including luncheons, business shows, conventions, etc.
- Utilize Ticketmaster’s ticketing software, Archtics, to manage customer accounts
- Maintain high level of customer service.
- Assist with other projects, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year full-time sports sales experience required
- Strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports
- Passion for sales and creativity
- Highly coachable, team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends and Holidays
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and Spanish speaking a plus
