Orlando, FL– Following a 9-6 loss to the Florida Tropics, the Orlando SeaWolves will once again travel out to Lakeland for a rematch at the RP Funding Center on Saturday evening at 7:05 p.m. EST. The match will be televised online atmasl.tv.

“They (Florida) are a very good team, they’ve proven that,” Head Coach Tom Traxler said after training on Tuesday. “They deserved that win, hands down, no doubt about it. I saw that they have some very good pieces, good players, the coaching staff is good. For us, it’s about ‘do you want to go back and put something right, and we need to. We need to have a response. As a team, as individuals, as our group, we have to have a response.”

Orlando will have the services of midfielder Victor France available for the first time this season after the veteran missed the beginning of the season with a foot injury. France is coming off a 17 goal, 9 assist season in 2017-18.

The Tropics are coming off a 7-2 loss against the Kansas City Comets last weekend. Their leading scorer, Guilherme Dos Santos, has nine goals and four assists so far this season.

This will be the second of six games the SeaWolves and Tropics will play against each other this season. One more game after this will be in Lakeland, while the final three games, including the season finale, will be in Orlando.

The SeaWolves will play their next game back in Kissimmee, as they take on the Milwaukee Wave Monday, January 21st. Kickoff at Silver Spurs Arena will be 7:35 p.m EST.
